Head of Vocational Participation and Qualification / Workshop Management WfbM - Markgröningen (m/f/d)

You take over the management of the areas of vocational education, work area and promotion and support within our workshops for people with disabilities at the Markgröningen site You secure and design the professional participation according to SGB IX and develop our offers professionally, organizationally and economically You lead employees in your area of responsibility to assess, clear and targeted and work closely with the management team, department management and management You are responsible for the business management of your area, in particular with regard to budget, human resources, utilisation, quality and earnings development You develop education, work and employment opportunities and provide impulses for modern, person-centric and social-space-oriented participation. You strengthen cooperation with cost-holders, relatives, legal support, cooperation partners, companies and regional networks You ensure the quality of services, contribute to the implementation of legal and professional requirements and promote a culture of continuous improvement You represent the Habila and the WfbM Markgröningen in and outside professional, binding and in the sense of our order

You have completed university studies, at least Bachelor, ideally in social, educational, commercial, technical or comparable fields You bring leadership experience, preferably in a WfbM, in integration aid, in social and health care, in a production or service establishment or in a comparable organisation. You have a good understanding of the requirements of professional participation, staff-centred performance and work with people with support needs You combine social competence with economic thinking, organisational strength and a clear understanding of leadership You work structured, solution-oriented and binding and keep an overview even in complex situations You have a strong communication capability, a sense of decision and the willingness to actively and constructively shape change processes You have the pleasure of further developing participation, quality and economy together with a dedicated team
