As a system engineer for electronic floor systems (m/w/d), you are responsible for the system development of electronic systems as well as communication and IT systems in the military field for floor systems. Your further tasks: Development, planning and coordination of architectures for electronic floor systems Selection, specification and configuration of system equipment and communication technology Hardening of IT systems, in particular in the field of computer hardware, network and communication technology Creation of system concepts taking into account specified requirements, quality requirements and relevant regulations and standards Planning and implementation of system checks, integration tests and technical acceptances Coordination and technical support of subcontractors Creation and coordination of test programmes to demonstrate compliance in accordance with specification/approval requirements Documentation, provision and reports of documents Exchange of test results with the development managers for performance/system improvement possibilities

Complete technical studies with Dipl.-Ing. or Master in the field of electrical engineering with specialization in the field of communication systems, information technology or comparable Multiannual professional and project experience desirable in one of the areas of responsibility Experience in system engineering, development processes (V-model) Knowledge of relevant IT security strategies Knowledge in the field of communication technology, digital computers, data and video systems (hardened computer technology, storage, encryption etc.) Reliable knowledge of network design and configuration (IP communication, multicast, QOS, VPN) Experience with development standards of manned aviation (e.g. DO160, ARP4754) Good technical knowledge of English and very good knowledge of German in word and writing Flexibility, high commitment and quality awareness
