Working Student Recruiting & Employer Branding (m/f/d)

Recruiting Process: You support controlling the entire application process – from the receipt of the application, the appointment coordination to ensuring an attractive candidate experience. Job advertisements: You start engaging, target-group-oriented calls and publish them on relevant platforms. Applicant Management: You are a contact person for our departments around our application management system and accompany candidate:inside through the process. Employer Branding: You support our personal marketing and actively contribute to new recruiting approaches. Process optimization: With your innovative ideas you contribute to the further development of our recruiting activities and employer brand.

You are registered:r Student:in, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology or a comparable degree course focusing on Human Resources Management. You have a good sense of communication, like working in the team and ideally bringing together the first practical experience in the personnel sector. You are open to new approaches, introduce your own ideas and work structured and independent. You work quickly into new tools and systems and have very good knowledge of German and English.

Flexible working hours (up to 20 hours a week, during the semester holidays you can increase your hours), work time recording as well as the possibility of mobile work – you shape your working day.
