R-KOM is provider of Internet, telephone and TV in East Bavaria and builds the fiber optic network of the future. Every year we develop over 10,000 units in more than 1,000 buildings - a challenging task. You contribute to the further growth and success of R-KOM with your commitment. We are looking for part time (20 hours/week) Customer consultants in our shops m/w/d

You are the first contact point for all customer requests in our shops on site You advise interested parties individually and accurately to their needs in the areas of Internet, telephone and TV As a member of our sales team, you take over the handling of telephone and written customer requests

You enjoy customer contact and bring relevant experience in customer consulting You are communicative, reliable and result-oriented You have knowledge of German (multilingualism of advantage) You have a high degree of self-initiative, a structured way of working and a safe occurrence You are saddle-proof in handling MS Office applications You identify yourself with the understanding of a regionally anchored company You are flexible, resilient and like to work in the team
