Intern HR / IT – Focus on HRIS (m/f/d)

You support our HR team in the introduction of a new HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and work with our implementation partners and IT You coordinate coordination between HR, IT and external partners so that the new system can be introduced smoothly You prepare HR data, provide information in the system and support in testing and quality assurance of our HR processes You bring your own ideas and gain practical insights into the introduction of a new HR system

You are studying business management, business informatics, human resources management, IT or a comparable degree programme You are interested in digital HR processes and have fun connecting people and technology You work structured, like to communicate and move safely between different contacts You are interested in IT environments and ideally have first experiences with systems such as Microsoft, SAP or Workday You can communicate safely in German and English You want to take responsibility and actively involve yourself
