Successfully completed training for the master craftsman/in or technician in the electrical engineering and/or HLSK with training examination First experience in the field of construction management, project support or technical construction projects desirable Advantageous knowledge of VOB, HOAI, AHO and technical regulations Vocational experience in the guidance and instruction of trainees and/or participants in training Experiences in digital technology, network technology, building automation (smart home), storage programmable controls and regenerative energies Very good technical understanding and careful and structured working Team-ready and reliability Safe occurrence and enforcement Conceptual, communicative, educational and social competence Individual initiative, planning and organisational skills Safe handling of standard software (MS-Office) and driving class B
