You work in the extensive project management for the 2nd S‐Bahn station, the new railway station Munich and other important projects in the Munich node. Your focus: You make EPLASS a reliable backbone of our plan running management – with clear, compliant workflows, clean coordination of all stakeholders and a monitoring system that handles dates, quality and transparency. Your tasks:

You are responsible for overarching coordination of all activities for the preparation and implementation of plan running management with the EPLASS system The management and operational execution of the contract with our IT service provider as well as the administration of the plan running tool for which you are contact person:in the case of user questions of the team, you take You also agree with external project participants on the topics of plan running and document management and coordinate their performance The development of a documentation concept for the planning and construction work and the support in controlling the overall project documentation in the document management system is also part of your tasks With your experience, you support the implementation of logged quality checks regarding completeness and compliance with the applicable requirements and processes

Your profile:

You have completed your studies, ideally as a civil engineer:in, economist:in, computer scientist:in or equivalent knowledge and skills or comparable long-term professional experience Professional experience in a comparable function you bring with you and have experience in the application of EPLASS or similar plan running management systems.
