Your profile You have a state recognition as a social workerin / educatorin (w/m/d) or a comparable degree as a pedagogical specialist, e.g. in psychology, medical education, etc. You want to accompany and advise young people and families first experiences in cooperation with parent groups, in the so-called „Frühen Hilfe“ and in dealing with child protection cases you are already bringing You are curious about their life worlds and designs You have an idea of how you want to work with families Your offer depends on your needs You bring (D) a systemic view with pure and interested in family activation The working hours are flexible and you can organize yourself at the same time you want to share and support each other We require language skills in German at level C1; additional language skills, e.g. Turkish, Romanian, Bulgarian, Polish or Arabic, would be the trophy on the i MS Office is not a problem for you
