Sighting, testing and evaluation of tenders in the field of civil engineering, line construction and horizontal flush drilling (HDD) Assessment of the opportunities and risks of individual projects as a basis for sound decisions on the supply levy Control of the entire supply process from evaluation of feasibility to timely submission Developing competitive offers in close cooperation with department management and costing Management of all deadlines and dates via relevant procurement platforms Building and optimizing internal processes in bidding management in a rapidly growing environment

Continuing training for masters or technicians in civil engineering, completed studies in civil engineering, or alternatively a commercial or technical training with relevant professional experience Founded professional experience in tender management, bid management or procurement management, preferably in civil engineering, pipeline construction, cable construction or pipeline construction Safe handling of procurement procedures and a good understanding of the costing of large projects Ideally, first experience with HDD drilling methods, cable connections, pipeline projects or comparable infrastructure measures Safe handling of performance directories, VOB & BGB Routinized handling in a common costing and tendering software as well as the usual office applications Own initiative and structured working, including in a fast-paced business German knowledge and basic knowledge of English Teamability, sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
