You are responsible for the management of your team as Group Manager (m/w/d). In doing so, guide, motivate and develop your employees (m/w/d) and jointly ensure a prompt process. The following tasks are performed: Discipline leadership, motivation and development of your own team Construction and implementation of Shopfloor management Preparation of the test planning Organisation and continuous improvement of responsibilities Regular Communication and Coordination with Internal and External Stakeholders (m/w/d) to Existing Tests (e.g. Project, Quality Tester, Test Planning) Ensuring the timely process of testing Support for quality problems by moderating structured error cause analysis (e.g. 4D/ 8D) Responsibility for checking the quality characteristics of all testable materials in receipt of goods, production and goods Responsibility for the planning, coordination and implementation of all quality audits in the area of responsibility

Complete technical studies such as economic engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable Management experience Practical experience in the introduction of lean processes German and English knowledge in word and writing Entrepreneurial thinking and action, targeted working methods, enforcement capacity and strong negotiation and communication skills
