Developing and controlling a holistic natural strategy with a focus on biodiversity and water to minimize the impact of our group on natural ecosystems. analyse risks and opportunities: You identify and evaluate nature-related impacts, risks and dependencies along our entire value chain and derive effective measures. Goals and KPIs control: You define clear targets, measured values and action plans and implement them successfully in close cooperation with the relevant disciplines. Mainly aligning business processes: You firmly integrate natural requirements into our shopping, assortment and business processes and develop future-oriented solutions together with internal partners. translate regulatory requirements: You carefully follow current legal developments and translate new standards directly into company-wide processes and guidelines.

Document progress transparently: You build a reliable control system for biodiversity and water and provide important data and content for our sustainability reporting.

Your educational path: You have successfully completed a degree in the fields of sustainability, environmental sciences or a comparable field of expertise or have a corresponding qualification. Your strengths: You think strongly analytical, prepare complex facts in a comprehensible way and work structured, result-oriented and with a real hand-on mentality. In addition, you are convinced by your communication strength, your own initiative and your enthusiasm for the protection of natural resources. Your profile: You bring multi-year, well-founded experience in the fields of biodiversity, water or sustainable sourcing, ideally from the (textile) business environment or advice. You know relevant frameworks such as CSRD, TNFD or Science Based Targets for Nature exactly, work with international interfaces and convince with fluent German and very good English skills.
