They advise on the design of jobs, workflows and the use of work equipment and hazardous materials according to §5 ASiG and DGUV V2 They identify occupational and health hazards, propose appropriate measures to avoid and analyse accidents in order to develop targeted measures to prevent accidents They assist in the safety testing of plant, workstations and work equipment, as well as in the advice of specialists and managers at the FENDT Werkverbund They develop our work and health management system according to ISO 45001, design internal specifications and standards and conduct audits, trainings and safety workshops They actively work to achieve the common goal (zero accidents) and shape our safety transformation

Completed study, master or technician qualification as well as recognized qualification as a specialist for occupational safety according to ASiG and ideally multi-year professional experience in the manufacturing industry Impressed interest in occupational safety and health, also experience in handling management systems such as ISO 45001 Structured, solution-oriented mode of operation and a high degree of self-initiative including social skills and the ability to move safely at different hierarchical levels They are versed in dealing with MS Office and have English skills in word and writing Strong communication skills and presentation security as well as a sovereign, committed and professional occurrence also in conflict situations
