The Berger Education Institute is a federal educational institution from Kassel. We offer a wide range of professional training in a wide range of areas as well as retraining to AZAV in over 100 locations. Especially in digital learning forms, we support our customers with final placement in the labour market.

Currently, we are looking for an educational consultant (m/w/d) for the Kassel site.

Your tasks

Through your competent consultation of our educational services to the conclusion of the contract, you enable people every day new perspectives on the labour market Your tasks include active networking with cost-beneficiaries (e.g. the Federal Employment Agency) as well as the active consultation and acquisition of customers Through targeted research, you contact companies and inform them about our qualifications in the company sector You identify market opportunities, contest competition and general topics in adult education (e.g. funding opportunities) You design project announcements and concepts for new measures

ideally, you already have first experience in education and also first experience in conceptual writing Your pleasure in telephone and personal customer contact, active networking and a pronounced customer and target orientation Your strong feeling for people, for their talents and goals - You know to convince them Your communication strength and empathic and value-adding way
