Quality assurance in care of patients with stoma Participation in the implementation of the expert standard “Pflege of People with Chronic Wounds” collegial advice and training of nurses in stomatherapy Consultation and guidance of patients and their relatives in the context of stoma care Coordination of the transfer of patients with stoma to post-care facilities and the issue of the necessary documents close cooperation with the entire treatment team and the team of nursing experts in the field of practical development in care
