Application: Product development Location: Übach-Palenberg Job-ID: 18798 Support product development in the planning of effective and quality-conscious processes and develop a cross-segment understanding of the food sector Develop and optimize innovative recipes and independently set prototypes for customer presentations Accompany the specification management process and support in the planning and implementation of test and initial productions Prepare tastings for market analyses, perform these and evaluate the results professionally from organizers and continuously develop internal processes of product development Excess responsibility for compliance with all hygiene, quality and safety standards such as IFS and HACCP Create patterns, coordinate shipping and process RHB orders within the agreed frame

Successfully completed studies in the food sector, preferably food sciences or food technology Ideally first professional experience and project experience in the food industry First basic knowledge of SAP is desirable for smooth entry Embossed communication talent paired with a high service orientation A proactive hand-on mentality and absolute reliability and flexibility Creativity, enthusiasm for food products and a strong team capability
