Traffic Engineer for Construction Site Management and StVO Matters (m/f/d)

In this responsible position, you will ensure safe and efficient traffic management and make an important contribution to road safety. You analyse complex traffic situations, coordinate with diverse partners and bring your expertise into hand. This means in detail: You are responsible for the planning, coordination and arrangement of construction site traffic management You evaluate complex traffic situations and carry out traffic safety analyses, for example in the context of accident point processing In addition, you will process road traffic issues in the context of the StVO and hearing procedures An essential part of your activity is close coordination and coordination with municipalities, counties, transport authorities and other stakeholders You represent the interests of Hessen Mobil in traffic shows, accident commissions and external partners You work interdisciplinary with various disciplines and act as a link between Hessen Mobil and the citizens in the four South Hessian counties

You have completed university studies (FH Diploma / Bachelor) in the field of transport engineering, mobility management or civil engineering ideally with the focus on transport or a comparable qualification Advisably, you will bring expertise in road transport as well as in road and traffic law, also purchased by internships or student works Ideally, you are already bringing knowledge of relevant specialist laws, regulations and guidelines with, for example, StVO, RSA, ZTV-SA, RiLSA Very good oral and written expressability in German (comparable level C1 CEFR) You have a valid class B licence
