• You are responsible for the disciplinary and professional leadership of a team of Area Managers (m/w/x) including the incorporation, coordination and development of the executives and employees (m/w/x) you are under. Management of employee talks

• The planning, implementation and control of necessary measures for the successful management of the site also falls within your responsibility
