Responsibility for digital corporate communication with a focus on multichannel content (text, image, video, audio) Topic planning, research and creation of targeted content for website, intranet, social media, press information and internal media Development and implementation of communication strategies, digital formats and trend formats including evaluation of cost-benefit aspects Control and further development of workflows with artificial intelligence as well as use of studio and production technology for moving image and audio formats KPI and data-oriented control of communication measures including monitoring, analysis, reporting and derivation of optimization measures Advising departments and executives on communication strategies, messages, channel selection and format development Coordination of editorial plans via different channels, coordination with internal interfaces and control of external service providers

Very well completed studies of communication sciences, journalism or a comparable degree programme; as an alternative completed training as a journalist, PR specialist or merchant for insurance and finances with proven communication and journalistic qualifications Multiannual professional experience in corporate communication or business editorial with focus on digital communication Embossed understanding of technical developments, digital platforms and workflows with artificial intelligence in communication Safe handling of digital communication, monitoring and analysis tools as well as kpi-based and business-driven working methods Very good knowledge of creating target group-oriented and multichannel content (text, image, video, audio) Embossed thinking in trends, formats and innovations in technology, artificial intelligence and digital economy Embossed communication, cooperation and organisational capacity
