As Head of HR, in cooperation with all executives, you are responsible for the further development and implementation of the personal strategy, assess their success and develop a roadmap that sustainably supports a living corporate culture Together with the local HR team, you will ensure smooth running of all HR processes You accompany the digitization of HR processes - also within the scope of the Sana-wide HR transformation project You strategically align the HR team with future requirements and help employees continuously develop their professional and personal skills You develop and implement creative strategies to secure the need for skilled workers You bring your experience into the implementation and further development of our planning process in the handling of personal key figures

Complete university degree with a focus on staff or a comparable qualification as well as multi-year leadership experience in human resources, ideally in health care You are a facing, open and very empathic personality For a colorful bouquet of questions, you will find bold creative and wise solutions You have a well-founded knowledge of the right to work, collective bargaining and enterprise You are powerful, performance-oriented, targeted and can be professional and familiary at the same time
