As the first contact person (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) you can contact our customers personally, by phone and online, consult them on all questions of social security and resolve their concerns independently. In daily practice, you accompany the complete recording process of our new customers (including the family members), check legal issues in insurance law, are responsible for the timely delivery of the electronic health card (eGK) and electronic reporting in the various areas (e.g. health insurance funds, employers, universities, etc.). Through your empathy and service orientation, you contribute significantly to the satisfaction of our insurers and employers.

You have a completed training in the commercial sector, e.g. social security specialist, tax specialist staff, personnel businessman/wife, bank businessman/wife, merchant/wife for insurance and finance, merchant/buyer in the healthcare sector (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d). First knowledge of social security is desirable. A positive emission as well as pleasure in calling and customer advice are yours. You are open to new things and can adapt flexibly to different challenges. Safe handling of MS Office products completes your profile.
