System support: Ensuring smooth MES operation, rapid fault analysis and solution finding as well as first contact for production. Production: Control and optimisation of processes for the supply storage of production. Optimization: Identification and implementation of improvements to the further development of the MES and to increase production processes efficiency. Training & Support: Training and support of production staff in handling the MES. Data analysis: Analysis of production data for identifying trends and potential for improvement. Documentation: Creation and maintenance of system and process documentation. Interface: link between production and IT to accommodate requirements and development of suitable solutions. Projects: Participation in projects for the further development of the MES and for the optimization of production and logistics processes.

(m/w/d) or comparable qualification in the production environment. Professional experience: experience in the production or logistics environment, ideally in a dairy or food industry. Process understanding: understanding of production processes and interest in their optimization. SAP knowledge: user knowledge in SAP desirable. Enforcement: Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working methods. Communication: Good communication skills and joy in cooperation with production and IT.
