Successfully completed training as a railway company manager:in, alternatively at least 10 years of professional experience in railway operations or a completed engineering studies (at least technical college) with a focus on railways EBL-Qualification according to EBPV or demonstrable capability for SMB (SMS-V) according to VDV Paper 760, in the areas of railway operations, equipment, railway vehicles and regulations and legal regulations in railway operations Impressed team skills and high social competence Strong conceptual and analytical skills associated with a sovereign appearance High sense of responsibility as well as a goal- and result-oriented, independent working Own initiative, in particular in identifying and implementing potential for improvement Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong sense of decision High resilience, flexibility and mobility, especially in Bavaria and Saxony Class B driving licence
