For our customers in Ansbach we are looking for a health care and nursing agent (m/w/d) for a socio-therapeutic home

• Travel cost package for your own car or company car (also for private use)
• Attractive premiums for recruited employees up to 1400.- Euro
• overpaid payment from 23,00EUR depending on the qualification
• Holiday and Christmas money as well as shift supplement

Your tasks:

• Care, care and support of the inhabitants of the Sociotherapeutic home
• Individual psychosocial assistance and counselling of residents in their personal and social affairs
• Support for residents in their everyday skills and daily structure
• day care and leisure activities
• Assistance in crisis and conflict situations
• First professional experience in a psychiatric field is desirable

Your qualification:

(m/w/d), nurse (m/w/d) or nurse (m/w/d)

• Professional experience in dealing with mentally disabled adults
• ready for shift and weekend service
• Valid driving permit (class B) and own car, service car by arrangement
• Sensitivity: the well-being of the inhabitants is your heart
