In our ERP+ area, you are responsible as a provider manager for a reliable and SLA-compliant operation and create transparency about the performance. You work closely with controlling, purchasing, portfolio management and product owners. Your future tasks: Coordination of several external service providers and providers in the SAP environment Strategic SLA and service management for internal customers and external suppliers incl. KPI monitoring and service quality assurance Performance of Service Level Reviews, Creating Management Reports and Decision Templates Planning, securing and transparency of IT budgets and accompanying calls for tenders and business cases Design and optimise service processes and license usage Responsibility of SAP support services, as well as coordinating and controlling SAP Enterprise Support Leading small projects/partial projects Managing SAP Accounts and Interfaces to SAP (e.g. DSAG, SAP Marketplace)

Successfully completed studies or comparable Task-related professional experience as a provider and service manager in the SAP environment, as well as experience in budget planning and cost assessment, including handling multiple service providers and complex contractual structures Knowledge in SAP Enterprise Support, the SAP price list including license metrics; basic understanding of license management Safe handling of relevant SM tools (SAP, SNOW, MS Office, SAP Analytics Cloud), ITIL certification desirable You are network-strong and build resilient relationships – internal (stakeholders) like external (suppliers, partners, DSAG) – and sustainably support these English language skills Advantage: Experiences in project /product management
