Building and implementing an integrated quality management system for new technologies (e.g. hydrogen, LNG, Renewable) to ensure quality and compliance Care and development of the existing management system to support security of supply and coal exit Establishing certified project management systems for professional control of the Uniper transformation projects Further development of the quality management system according to ISO 9001 to meet customer requirements and ensure good process quality Harmonisation and standardisation of COO processes to increase efficiency, quality and compliance Ensuring operational permissions (“License to Operate”) and certifications by integrating legal requirements into the management system Monitoring system performance and compliance via key figures, audits, reviews and maturity analysis Regular exchange with COO management for maturity assessment and continuous improvement of quality management Promoting best practices in asset governance through internal experiences and external networks

Studies in Economics, Engineering or Natural Sciences Experience in quality and process management, ideally with QM certificates Practical reference to plant operation in areas such as energy, chemistry or industry Strategic and conceptual thinking for innovative solutions Motivation for process analysis and continuous improvements Passion for sustainable processes in the context of the energy transition Customer orientation and strong communication skills Hands-on-Mentiality for Change and Transformation Projects readiness to travel - especially within Germany Very good knowledge of German and English
