HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

As HR Business Partner (m/w/d), you act as a strategic stimulus for executives and develop and implement tailored HR strategies according to highest international standards. You take the holistic responsibility for the employee lifecycle – from the development of innovative recruiting and employer branding strategies to highly effective talent and performance management to sustainable organisational development and employee retention. A special focus is on the design and implementation of forward-looking human resources strategies that actively promote dynamic corporate growth and complex M&A activities. You play a central role in the strategic development of HR processes, guide company-wide transformation projects and implement innovative HR initiatives with measurable added value. With your deeper expertise, you ensure strict compliance with labour law requirements and company-wide HR standards and ensure that all personnel processes are designed to meet the highest ethical and entrepreneurial standards.

Multiannual experience in HR Business Partnering, as a staff consultant:in or in a comparable role in an international environment. Complete studies, e.g. in human resources management, economic psychology, BWL or a comparable discipline. Very good knowledge of working law and safe handling of complex personal processes. Experience with HR technologies (ideally Workday) and data-driven HR solutions; strong interest in AI and their influence on the software development lifecycle – with the desire to actively shape this change as HR BP. Practice in organizational and workforce transformations (e.g. Skill shift, Operating Model, Re/Upskilling, Change). Experience in the technology/software environment (KI, product, engineering, IT) is advantageous. Very good knowledge of German and English, strong communication and consulting skills as well as analytical strength, strategic vision and a hands-on, team-oriented working.
