Responsibilities / Main tasks

• independent operation and installation of CNC-controlled multi-spindle turning machines in multi-machine operation;
• ensuring product quality by testing the workpieces for accuracy, quality and completeness, as well as documentation of the measurement results;
• performing tool corrections and tool change;
• carry out care, maintenance and cleaning work;
• remedying minor machine faults according to requirements;

Qualifications / Requirements

• completed vocational training for industrial or machining technicians or comparable qualifications;
• training in the field of CNC programming is desirable;
• Multiannual knowledge of CNC turning;
• Experience in the field of soft machining desirable, quality tools and the use of measuring means are known;
• readiness for shift work in 3-shift operation;
• team skills, reliability, strong quality awareness, resilience and high understanding;
• mobility (guide certificate, ÖPVN for shift operation not sufficient);
• German knowledge in word/writing min. B1-B2
