The CURRENTA GROUP is looking for you for the Group Function Human Resources. Teamleiter (m/w/d) You control the monthly payroll bill in cooperation with our external payroll provider and ensure the quality and timeliness.

You co-ordinate in-company time management processes and are the central contact person between HR, Payroll service provider, Finance, IT and external auditors.

As a professional and disciplinary leadership, you guide your 17-member team with an appreciation leadership style, motivating team culture – and the individual further development of your employees lies Especially at your heart.

You are responsible for compliance with statutory, collective and operational requirements and accompany external audits by social security institutions and financial authorities.

To ensure the quality of billing, you build quality-proofing processes and use it as a basis for continuous improvements.

You are responsible for the further development and maintenance of our HR systems (SAP HCM, SuccessFactors Employee Central) with a focus on user-friendliness and efficiency. You identify optimization potentials along the payroll processes and drive automation and digital solutions – e.g. by using AI – actively ahead.

You understand Payroll as a service and make sure that internal customers (m/w/d) always experience transparent, correct and service-oriented accounting processes.

You have gathered several years of experience in pay billing, ideally also in cooperation with external service providers, and are familiar with the support of external audits and audits.

In your previous career, you could build leadership experience and convince by team orientation as well as a clear, empathic communication.

Your expertise in wage tax and social security law as well as in tariff regulations is well-founded and practical.

With SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central, you know the best – at the same time you bring a high IT affinity and enthusiasm for process optimization and automation, e.g. through AI solutions.
