Engineer or technician in supply technology in the Justice team (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the implementation of small construction projects and construction maintenance measures from basic determination to object care You are planning technical installations with a focus on heating, air conditioning, sanitary and space air technology for refurbishments, renovations, extensions and new buildings You create performance directories and then check the offers You are involved in the preparation of pre-planning studies You are part of an interdisciplinary project team and work closely with internal and external contacts You contribute to innovative projects and introduce your own ideas to develop new and effective solutions You agree with the project participants and participate in construction meetings

Graduate of the Department of Supply Technology (heating, ventilation, plumbing and room air technology) or a comparable discipline, as an alternative to a completed further education for the state-tested technician (m/w/d) of the above-mentioned discipline Adequate professional/planning experience in processing or Processing of construction measures in the performance phases 1 to 9 of the HOAI (corresponding plant groups to § 53 HOAI) is advantageous Experience in the planning of industrial plants in the fields mentioned and in the development of construction projects, preferably in public construction Good communication in German Teamability and Responsibility Economic understanding and a holistic understanding of technically complex relationships IT affinity in dealing with the applicable programs, e.g. MS Office applications Class B/3 driving licence as well as the readiness to operate within Schleswig-Holstein
