Support of drivers and department stores Competent contact person for our customers and partners Close coordination and cooperation with our operational departments Self-employed handling of all inquiries, complaints and differences Ensuring a faultless course of shipment Customer contact via complaint management software, telephone or E-mail Proactive participation in error analysis and process improvement Daily processing of inventory lists

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Reliable professional experience in customer service, ideally in the logistics industry Very good German (Level C) and good English (Level B) in word and writing, further language skills of advantage Very good communication capability and mode of expression Safe handling of popular MS Office applications Teamplayer and Hands-On-Mentality Self-employed, targeted and structured work
