You have completed a study of media or communication technology or a training as a technician (m/w/d) in the field of event technology or a comparable qualification with several years of proven experience in AV system integration Finding knowledge in the field of AV/IT system integration, digital signage and event technology You have experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms as well as the MTR Pro Management Portal, bringing knowledge of ITSM processes to ITIL as well as with ServiceNow Ideally, you have manufacturer certifications, such as Crestron, Shure or Netgear, as well as experience with connectSignage You are ready to take on occasional event assignments even outside the core working time You have a class B licence You work in a structured and self-contained manner and keep track of complex tasks Your strong customer orientation helps you to find and implement accurate solutions Teamwork is self-evident and you get active and solution-oriented You have very good German skills

This body is remunerated with the remuneration group 10 in accordance with the collective agreement for utilities (TV-V). This corresponds to a gross annual salary of around 63,000–80,000 euros (depending on professional experience and qualification).
