Architectural consultant / Project consultant (m/f/d)

Our client is an established, innovative and family-run company in the field of metal processing and technical components from the Fürther Landkreis. As a renowned manufacturer and wholesaler, the company develops and manufactures high-quality products and system solutions made of stainless steel, aluminum, glass and forging iron for demanding construction projects. The wide range includes components and solutions for railings, handrail systems, glass railings and roofs.

In order to further expand the market position and to anchor the system solutions even more in the early planning phase of construction projects, we are looking for a dedicated personality as an architect advisor/project advisor (m/w/d) in the object business for our client at the next possible time.

Technical advice instead of direct sales: You position the high-quality system solutions of our client in a purely advisory and expressive manner with architects, planners and project partners. Networking: You actively establish new contacts with architectural offices and decision-makers, build on existing structures and sustain the existing network. Trade fairs and events: You represent the company at relevant architect fairs and specialist events. Close internal cooperation: You act as an important link between the customers and a strong internal service team from product management as well as 3 CAD designers that assist you in technical development. Project support: Identification of exciting construction projects and continuous support – from initial planning to realization.

Completed commercial or technical training or a corresponding study (e.g. architecture, construction, interior design, BWL). Detectable experience in the object business, architectural distribution or in the technical advice of products in need of declaration. Embossed technical understanding and genuine interest in high-quality solutions around metal, glass and architecture. High communication strength, sovereign appearance and joy in the partnership of planners. Self-employed, structured working, self-initiative and readiness to travel for personal customer contact.

Attractive compensation package: A negotiable fixed gross annual salary.
