You develop and visualize enterprise processes with the product and specialist areas and coordinate or moderate the expert teams with the focus on quality management and customer support. You evaluate the actual state of processes by means of different methods and provide the desired, future-oriented target state in a defined project team. You are responsible for the BPM portal and contribute to the internal workflows to process changes. In addition, you will support the quality management and customer support departments in the implementation of legal or normative requirements and thereby optimize the processes.

You have completed a training course with further training as a technician/master (m/w/d) or a study. You have a high understanding of cross-sector and cross-system business processes and can demonstrate multiannual experience in the application of BPM portal software. Ideally, you will bring process experiences with you in a clear way quality management and customer support. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate a high level of social competence and empathy for your colleagues – both in the team and interdisciplinary – in the project teams and are strong in communication in German and English. Good knowledge of MS Office (Visio, Word, Excel, SharePoint and OneNote), a structured way of working, presentation skills, and the willingness to service trips complete your profile.
