Parliamentary Group Advisor for Transport Infrastructure and Infrastructure Financing (m/f/d)

The team of the department prepares the group's content positioning in these policy areas. And the Department 2 “Ökologie” organizes the parliamentary work of the BundestagsfrabÃ1⁄4ndnis 90/The Greens in the fields of environment, nature and consumers, climate & energy, nutrition, agriculture & animal welfare, mobility, construction, housing, municipal & tourism. The team of the department also prepares the group's content in these policy areas. We are looking for a team as soon as possible FRACTION REFERENCES (M/W/D) for TRANSPORT STRUCTURE AND INFRASTRUCTURE for Section 1 (Economics, Labour, Social Affairs, Finance, Budget) and the department 2 (ecology)

Technical support of the Group and MEPs in legislation, the development of parliamentary initiatives, positions and political opinions in the field of transport infrastructure policy and infrastructure financing in the federal budget, as well as the subsidy policy and federal state financial relations. Advising the Group, promoting professional discussion and developing political approaches in transport infrastructure and infrastructure financing policies; direct cooperation with the Mobility and Budget Working Groups, in particular the co-organization of the annual budgetary procedure within the Group, as well as the support of the discussions in the Committee on Budgets. Close cooperation with other working areas such as finance, business, energy, climate. Participation in the procedures of the Group and Parliament. Support for public relations, including specialist events, as well as content support for the specialist policy thematic portal of the Group's website. Contact to specialist public and relevant political actors. Support for the exchange of information and political coordination with the ministries of countries, the political groups and the Green Group in the European Parliament. Processing of correspondence and citizens' requests.

Multiannual professional experience and a completed academic degree or a comparable qualification. Political judgment and broad expertise in transport infrastructure and transport infrastructure financing, as well as the budgetary structures and procedures at federal level and federal financial relations. Experience in parliamentary work is desirable. Competence in the organisation of efficient work and decision-making processes. Good knowledge of green programmatics as well as sympathy and openness for green politics. Reliability, independence and team capacity. Good written and oral expressiveness.

It is a full-time job (38,5 hours/week) for the duration of the 21. Adopted by the Commission. The remuneration is based on the TVöD/Bund.
