Support in seminar management in the in-house HI Academy: You coordinate dates, manage the participants and prepare the seminars before and after Active cooperation in the further development of personnel development measures: You contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of internal training opportunities, including through development programs, etc. Own-sponsored takeover of small projects and tasks: You carry out onboarding events and take over smaller projects Preparation of presentations, reports and analyses: You prepare data and information, launch meaningful presentations and reports and support in the analysis of HR key figures Support of other HR team members in daily business: You help with the processing of inquiries, care of personal files and organizing meetings and interviews
