Influence: Performance Development: Design and control of the performance development approach for AstraZeneca in Germany. Development of guidelines, toolkits and measures for executives and employees including training. Management development: Conception and implementation of tailor-made workshops and training in coordination with future needs. Onboarding: Responsibility for the onboarding process of all new employees including the planning of content & speakers, implementation and ensuring a positive onboarding journey. In addition, designing a framework for structured management onboarding in Germany as well as its implementation and moderation. Training portfolio: planning, implementation and demand-oriented communication of internal and external training offerings for different target groups (e.g. professional qualification, external service training) including the control of external service providers. Coaching: Control of the coaching ecosystem including provider and contract management (e.g. EZRA, KornFerry 360°). Quality & Evaluation: Development of a quality framework and definition of KPIs for training and development programs. Regular effectiveness measurement, reporting and continuous optimization. Projects: Local implementation of global talent & development initiatives and high-quality offers along the 3E approach and support in the planning and implementation of employee survey results
