In this role, you advise our B2B company customers on software products and license models, accompany them through the entire supply process and actively develop existing customer relationships.

Advise & SupportYou advise and administer our B2B customer to our portfolio. You guide customers through the entire supply and decision-making process – structured, binding and solution-oriented. Coordinating & NetworkingYou are the first respondent for all themes related to software products and licensing and coordinates internal and external stakeholders. You work closely with colleagues in the field and ensure a smooth flow of information. Developing & Learning After completing the contract, you remain active in exchange, identify potentials and develop customer relationships in a targeted manner. You continuously develop your expertise, participate in manufacturer and internal training and acquire relevant certifications.

A commercial training or a comparable background Experience in the sales service or B2B customer support Joy in consulting existing customers and a good sense of their needs A structured, reliable and solution-oriented operation Communication strength – both by telephone and in writing Motivation to work on licensing and software topics Very good knowledge of German and sound English Nice‐to-have First knowledge of software licenses or manufacturer processes Experience with Navision or Dynamics 365 routine in handling manufacturers or internal interfaces For us, you're more than your qualifications.
