Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As an engineer product technology for our PowerMOSFET technologies, you are responsible for the electrical yield of the products within the technology and make delivery decisions for the productive goods. You support the introduction and support of new semiconductor products for automotive applications in our fully automated 300mm production line and work closely with colleagues from the fields of process integration, quality, individual process or testing. Characterizing benchmark yields You initiate electrical deviations based on electrical-wafer-sort data (EWS) and take into account further data from the production (e.g. process control monitoring parameters (PCM) or inline/mtrology data). The regular monitoring and reporting of yield and default data (Yield-Pareto) by using modern software solutions (e.g. Tipco Spotfire) and templates also falls into your area of responsibility, such as yield planning, prediction and cooperation in complaints. In addition, you take over the statistical post-processing of yield data, e.g. by means of partial average test methods and cooperate in the implementation of an automated data analysis and in the construction of a modern data landscape.

Education: successfully completed university studies (Diplom/Master) in electrical engineering, physics, material sciences or comparable degree programme Experience and know-how: very good knowledge in data processing, analysis and presentation, good knowledge in semiconductor physics, professional experience in semiconductor (industry or science) desirable Personality and working methods: team-ready, strong communication, result-oriented, reliable as well as independent and independent Languages: very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
