Central contact person for patients, clinics, rescue services, control centers and external partners (e.g. medical practices) in the field of emergency medicine Technically sound telephone coordination and communication for the central emergency recordings as well as further clinical areas Coordination and documentation of emergency and special requests (e.g. Stroke, ECMO and Konsil requirements) Support for emergency management, including IVENA care, bed management and MANV precoordination Collection, documentation and management of relevant patient and emergency data and processing of documents and documents
