Project management and control of construction projects in all AHO project stages and areas of action, from the creation of feasibility studies at the start of the project to the control of commissioning Making quick, pragmatic and unconventional solutions within the projects, e.g. in the form of technical economic planning specifications or system planning in (large)projects and special buildings Leadership and organisation of cooperation between project teams Active management of dates, costs and quality Coordination of project participants in the areas of planning, construction monitoring, purchasing, law and communication in all HOAI phases Identification of planning and interface gaps and detection of optimization potentials Consultation of customers with regard to organisational, strategic and technical issues in project execution Full evaluation of electrical engineering or HLSK technical planning in all HOAI phases, identification of planning and interface gaps and detection of optimization potentials Management of planning meetings, quality monitoring with solution-oriented ideas Use as a personal representation of the client

Training as a technician/master in the field of technical building equipment (TGA), building technology, building automation, supply technology, electrical engineering, HLSK or comparable qualification or successfully completed study of technical building equipment (TGA), utility technology, electrical engineering, building technology, energy technology or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in the fields of planning, consulting or construction Ability to cooperate with all project participants Experience in project management and processing Solution-oriented negotiation skills, good sense for people and facts and social competence Great interest in the optimization and digitization, quality assurance, environment and ecology Fast conception associated with analytical and networked thinking Communication Strength and Will for Implementation, Teamability readiness to travel Lust for the next career step
