Individually responsible telephone consultation of patients and relatives on the issues of care, dementia and prevention Organization and Disposition of Outpatient Assistance in Germany Documentation and independent support of ongoing cases Central contact person for all concerns about care

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Qualification as a nursing advisor according to §7a SGB XI or the willingness to acquire it Joy in telephone consultation and contact with people A strong customer orientation Safe handling of IT applications
