You actively participate in central HR processes – from annual salary adjustment to target agreements to long-term incentive communication Reporting & Analyses are in good hands with you: You evaluate compensation data and trends and thus provide the basis for our management Whether PowerPoint, Excel or Word – you design presentations, evaluations and documents used in meetings and projects Documentaries with vision: You capture processes, accompany the further development of our workday system and support the project planning In meetings and workshops, you take on tasks relating to pre- and post-processing – including protocol management and structured tracking And last but not least: With your ideas and perspective, you enrich our team – as a dedicated support at eye level

You are currently studying an economic full-time study program – for example business management, economic psychology or comparable discipline, ideally focusing on personnel You are interested in numbers, processes and people – and you want to understand how HR work works in an international group You work structured, capture new topics quickly and have the need to implement things carefully and reliably With the popular MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) go safely German and English dominate in word and writing
