At the German sales center in the heart of Berlin, we control sales and service and develop the strategies and processes to bring our vehicles to the streets. Against the background of the transformation in the automotive industry, the increasing digitization in sales and the establishment of the direct sales model in Germany, we offer a work-studierende activity to support the transformation and strategic orientation of the Mercedes-Benz Sales Germany (MBD). The main task in this function is the support in the management of strategic and cultural issues relating to the topic of transformation in MBD in direct cooperation with the management of transformation and strategy MBD.

These challenges include: Support for conceptual, organisational and content preparation of strategy and employee events (including executive events, Town Halls, strategic initiatives)

Planning, creation and coordination of internal communication measures on events and formats

Preparation of presentations on strategic and cultural initiatives in Mercedes-Benz Sales Germany

Creation, development and automation of reports, dashboards and management evaluations to support sound business decisions

Use of modern AI methods and generic AI tools to optimize decisions

Preparation and support for the organisation of workshops and events with management participation

Study analyses and, inter alia, preparation of data for presentations on strategic topics

The activity can begin from September 2026.

Studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Psychology or Similar Study Course

Experience in handling reporting solutions and data processing mechanisms behind them and interest in data analytics

Good understanding of processes, KPI and value drivers in sales

Enthusiasm for and ideally experiences with transformation processes and change management

Representative communication skills in German (C2 level) and English for cooperation with Europe-wide project partners

Very high target orientation, independent and extremely structured mode of operation

Embossed MS Office identifiers (in particular Power Point, Word, Excel) and PowerBI
