Sachbearbeiter Operating Accounting / Rental Accounting (m/w/d) in parttime (20 – 24 hours / week)

Your tasks as a specialist Operating expenses bill / Rental booking:

• Implementation of the current accounting for the managed properties of third parties
• Conting and accounting of operating costs
• Production of operating costs
• Provision of interim and annual accounts for the managed properties of third parties
• Creation of recalculations and tenant charges
• Participation in the annual accounts (unfinished services, account voting, rebooking)
• compilation of evaluations, target/actual comparisons and economic plans in accordance with the agreements of the administrator contracts
• Acquisition of special tasks within the task area

Your knowledge and skills:

• Completed commercial training, optimally as a real estate businessman
• Professional experience in operating costs management, or in the above-mentioned area of responsibility
• Knowledge of accounting / accounting in housing
• Good MS Office knowledge,
• Knowledge of software of housing (of advantage)
