Employee process coordination (m/f/d)

You have a good feeling for structures, know relationships quickly and work with people from different areas? Then this task could fit you well. We are looking for a personality that helps us to record, structure and document processes in different departments. This is not a classic process manager role with decision-making responsibility, but a supporting function with an overview, structure, sensitivity and a clear concept of service. You work with colleagues from different disciplines, get to know new topics and help to make processes transparent and comprehensible. It is important to us that you are respectful, open, positive and solution-oriented. Your tasks: You record processes in different departments and document them structured and understandable. You talk to employees on site or digital, ask the right questions and get an overview quickly. You can identify interconnections, interfaces and dependencies. You are helping to structure processes more clearly and to render them transparent. You work advisingly and objectively — not in a decision-making role, but as a supporting force. You bring order into complex topics without losing you in unnecessary details. Occasionally, rare missions can also belong.

You have experience in the recording, documentation, structuring or analysis of processes, processes or organizational topics. You can quickly incorporate yourself into new topics that are still unknown to you. You recognize relationships quickly and think beyond department boundaries. You work structured, pragmatic and with the right view for the essential. You find a good balance: not too superficial, but also not so small that processes are unnecessarily braked. You are positive, open and solution-oriented. You can integrate yourself well into a team and are respectful with different people and ways of working. You have a strong idea of service, you have a supportive approach and you like to work with people. You also keep an overview in complex topics and remain objective.
