Together for excellence. The Strategic HR Business Partner Unit for G&A supports the department as a strategic HR partner in organization, transformation and personalstrategic issues. The aim is to effectively connect HR strategy, business commitment and modern HR solutions. These challenges include: As part of our team, you will gain comprehensive insights into strategic personnel work and actively participate in current HR topics. Here you will perform the following tasks:

You support us in strategic HR initiatives and projects and work closely with various internal interfaces within HR as well as with our business areas

You help with the coordination and coordination of HR topics between HR and Business and take part and analysis in ongoing projects

You accompany change- and transformation processes and take part in the design, organisation and follow-up of workshops, formats and initiatives

In tandem with internal contacts, you support the further development of HR products, standards and processes – always with a view to the requirements of the departments

You immerse yourself in the world of HR products and HR processes and introduce your perspective to support their practical application in business

In addition, you support the team in operational day-to-day business, e.g. through research, presentations, evaluations and decision documents

You analyze existing HR processes and identify potentials for AI-based, data-based or automated solutions

The activity can begin from mid-January 2027.

Degree course in economics, psychology, social sciences or a comparable degree course – ideally focusing on HR, organization or management

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint)

First touch points with data analysis, dashboards or digital tools of advantage. Additionally, experience in using AI for process optimization is advantageous

Commitment and team skills

Interest in strategic personnel work, organisational development, change issues and digital and data-driven HR approaches

Structured, independent working and fun thinking analytically, understanding relationships and moving things forward

Very good communication skills and joy in working with different stakeholders
