Your duties Development and implementation of the global product portfolio and life cycle strategy in line with the corporate strategy Continuous market, customer and competition analysis to identify new growth and innovation fields Definition of product requirements, specifications and business plans for new and further developments Control and coordination of product launches in close cooperation with marketing, sales, development, production and quality Technical advice and support of international customers as well as internal stakeholders as a central interface Active participation of Operational Excellence initiatives to optimize processes, quality and efficiency Your profile Master's degree in engineering, materials or economics or comparable background First experience in product or project management in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or medical technology Funded technical understanding as well as pronounced market and customer orientation Experience in cooperation with international customers and intercultural teams Very good knowledge of German and English as well as safe handling of MS 365 and ideally SAP Analytical Strength, Individual Initiative, Enforceability and High Quality Consciousness Your Benefit As open as SCHOTT is for your further development, our offer of additional benefits is as extensive.
