Supporting our transport partners: You are the central contact person for our transport partners, tax the qualitative delivery and pick-up in defined postal code areas and participate in contract negotiations. Performance, KPIs & Costs: You will retain relevant KPIs and cost parameters in mind, guide optimization measures and ensure a balanced relationship between efficiency, service quality and customer satisfaction. Hands-on in the daily business: You actively support the operating operation, and if necessary, you can also pack yourself in and keep you on-site for stable processes. Project management & process optimization: You are driving innovative projects and opting for local traffic through digital tools, AI-based solutions and smart processes. Leadership: You take over the leadership of a 7-member team in the areas of tour care, customer service and package clarification, develop your employees and manage the operational package processing and early shift management.

Co-operation in Management: As a member of the management team, you work closely with the location management, bringing in your own ideas and actively shaping the further development of the site and its processes.

Funded training: completed training (e.g. forwarding, KEP or industrial businessman) or a study in the relevant field. Industry experience: 3–5 years of experience in logistics and first leadership experience. Entrepreneurial thinking: experience in dealing with operational key figures as well as a good understanding of cost, quality and service relationships. Analytical Strength: You work data-based, identify optimization potentials and derive pragmatic measures. Hands-on-Mentality: Proactive action and the will to actively drive things forward and implement changes. Drive & Developmentlust: Curiosity, readiness to learn and the will to continuously develop processes and teams, are a feature of your experience. Guide strength: You understand motivating, structuring a team and making them successful together.
