Teamleiter (m/w/d) in der Immobilienbewirtschaft

They perform an interdisciplinary team of 15 to 20 employees in a disciplined and professional manner and promote their development in the field of technical building equipment (TGA) and in CAFM data management. They control and optimize the extensive work processes in the team. You develop proactively suitable performance indicators. You are responsible for the planning, monitoring and control of your team's project and action budgets. They accompany the specialist consulting on operational safety in the TGA and technical audits to ensure operator responsibility. You will develop practical solutions with your team. Your team ensures data and process compliance in CAFM systems across the range – in particular with TGA maintenance and area and space data. In order to increase the efficiency of management, you are driving forward the digitization of real estate and building processes.

Completion: Completed studies in engineering, technical building equipment, economic engineering or facility management and a comparable qualification Professional experience: Multiannual and relevant professional experience in the management of complex commercial properties, including the management of technical building equipment Knowledge of technical facility management and the application of relevant rules, knowledge of the application and requirements management in the context of CAFM systems, ideally knowledge of the SAP environment Personal: flowing German knowledge in word and writing (at least C1 level), cooperative leadership style, high social competence, analytical and strategic thinking
