You take over the technical leadership in customer management in process and system-wide projects in the energy business environment Individually responsible design of processes in a modern energy-economic system architecture as well as creating presentations and decision templates at the highest level of management are your tasks. Furthermore, you are responsible for the selection and control of external service providers in heterogeneous project environments. The further development of the system architecture based on SAP Utilities in an agile energy environment is also part of your tasks. You take over the roles of Solution Architect or Product Owners in projects.

Your successfully completed (economic/engineering) degree (Master/Diplom) or a comparable qualification form the basis, or you have skills and experience gained in equivalent activities. You have detectable experience in SAP Utilities consulting and managing streams or part of projects in the SAP Utilities environment. Agile methods, methods and frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) are well known to you. You have a high IT affinity and have knowledge in the field of energy systems. You think and work goal-oriented and solution-oriented in the sense of the customer, have the courage to advance change and you are willing to take responsibility. Your communication strength and your safe appearance are yours. You can convince and negotiate other stakeholders. This will help you with your enforcing ability, resilience, and moderation and conflict.
